Tom and I had the chance to get away with some friends and meet some new friends just a few hours west of Nashville at Pickwick Lake and the Grand Harbor. We were treated to a special Sunday at the Luxury Medi Spa which opened it's doors just for our group. Thank you Heather and Dr. Erica for all that you did for us! Thank you Tim for watching the kids for Erica. (Front L-R: Jason Briggs, Joe & Heather Nichols, me. Back L-R: Blair Garner, Dr. Erica Noyes, Tom, Heather Moore). Pics are from Sunday Morning Brunch in our PJs. Good Times and Great Memories!

Valentine's Day Parties at TGS
Well it was a mad dash to and fro today....Stella and Will to school before 8 am, district teleconference @ 8am, Stella's Valentine's Day breakfast @ 9am, Will's doctor appt. @ 10 am for his 3rd rocephin shot (that's another story....), then back to work. Oh, then Will's Valentine's Day school party at 2:45pm then Stella's Valentine's Party at 3:15 pm. Thank goodness she is down the hall from Will. Decided to just take the kids with me and leave The Gardner School @ 4:15 to pick up some groceries....Sushi for dinner so I don't have to cook tonite then bath and bedtime all before 8pm. Did I mention T is out of town. Whew! That's all I can muster for now. Have a lovely Valentine's day. The kids had a great day. Just before bed tonite, they decorated a Valentine card for Daddy. Fun Times!

Casualties of War a.k.a. Samson's Revenge
Lately, it has been a war of the toys vs. Samson. Littlest pet shop 2 : Samson 7. Our beloved Malamute has taken to expressing his disdain for his new diet by mangling, eating, and chewing beyond recognition...any and all toys left out for him to find, or even within muzzle reach on a bookshelf, sofa, or night stand. (Samson was recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia so we are losing weight to slow the progession of the disease). The newest casualties were too funny not to share. Barbie and My Little Pony. What will be even funnier, but T has forbidden me from capturing on film, will be the next pooper scoop.....Can't you just picture limbs, hooves, and poop! cue Psycho music....LOL.
