Tom and I had the chance to get away with some friends and meet some new friends just a few hours west of Nashville at Pickwick Lake and the Grand Harbor. We were treated to a special Sunday at the Luxury Medi Spa which opened it's doors just for our group. Thank you Heather and Dr. Erica for all that you did for us!
