This week at Pre-school, Stella's class discussed community workers and Stella had been assigned to be a veterinarian. On Friday, each of her classmates presented their community worker during circle time and dramatic play. Stella took her doctor bag and her stuffed animal Samson Puppy to demonstrate what a pet doctor does. We asked her how it went and she said she showed them how to give Samson a shot, listen to his heart, check his ears, and take his blood pressure. So, so cute!! But last night, T and I were treated to a show...Stella found us chatting on the couch about the week just before her bedtime. She told us that we had to review our letters and proceeded to teach us our letters. She exclaimed that she was the Teacher Community Worker. At one point, Mommy had her name written down for talking, B-A-D, and Daddy got a G-O-O-D for recognizing the letter J. We were laughing behind our smiles at how serious she was! But so proud of her for sounding out the words "bad" and "good." Fun, Fun!!
